This is one of many products on the market designed to restore gut integrity. Ideal in the case of those concerned about leaky gut or intestinal permeability. Intestinal permeability can be the result of consumption of gluten in those intolerant to it, the result of long standing intestinal inflammation, the result of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, or a side effect of chemotherapy treatment. The inclusion of prune powder makes this product more appropriate for those with constipation or regular stools. It's use in those with loose stools or diarrhea should be carefully dosed, starting with half the recommended dosage and moving up to find a comfortable amount that does not result in excessive loose stools. *

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 8 grams (approx. one tablespoon) in water or other liquid per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
